- � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � SYNOPSIS (Sole Source) W911N224R0027 NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, firm-fixed supply contract for quantity 1 each anechoic near field test chamber (IAW attached Purchase Description) to NSI-MI Technologies Inc., 1125 Satellite BLVD NW STE 100, Suwanee, Georgia 30024-4629, CAGE 7MSX5. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) or proprietary interface that are integrated within the asset. The TDP is proprietary to Raytheon, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and only Raytheon and NSI-MI Technologies Inc. currently possesses the necessary interfaces. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. The 2023 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 334515 - Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signal, the size standard is 750 employees and the product code/ service code 6625 is Electrical and Electronic Properties Measuring and Testing Instruments. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Simplified Acquisition Procedures at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 13.5. Solicitation number W911N2-24-R-0027 will be released on or about 11 Jul 2024, with a closing date on or about 25 July 2024. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.sam.gov/content/home on or about 11 July 2024. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award.
