- Please find attached the presolicitation notice indicating the government's intent to sole source the cleaning of miirror systems in the E-2C Operatinoal Flight Trainer (OFT) at Naval Air Station Pt. Mugu and the C-2A OFT at Naval Station Norfolk to the original equipment manufacturer of the mirrors systms for these OFTs, FlightSafety International.� This action will be used utilizing FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
