Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss is issuing a Construction Solicitation W911SG24B0015, in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at Fort Bliss, TX.� General Information;�The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, performance/payment bonds and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. The project at Building 2480 includes the following: the removal and replacement with a new fully adhered 80 mil TPO roofing system with R-38 insulation and 5/8 inch glass-mat roof board, to include exterior components such as soffit, fascia, gutters, vents, etc.� Procurement will be solicited as Historically Underutilized Business Zone ( HUBZone).�The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.� The anticipated period of performance is 90 calendar days after notice to proceed has been issued.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160, Roofing Contractors with a size standard of $19M.� Project magnitude is between 1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
