Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Arizona City: Yuma Delineated Area: North: Yuma City Limits East: Yuma City Limits South: Yuma City Limits West: Yuma City Limits������������������ Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,940 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,135 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: A commuter rail, light rail or subway station shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the building, but generally not exceeding a walkable � mile, as determined by the contracting officer.� Alternatively, two or more public or campus bus lines useable by tenant occupants shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the building, but generally not exceeding a walkable � mile, as determined by the contracting officer. Public parking must be available for visitors within one block of the office location. Visitor parking minimum 3 spaces (not to be included in pricing or reserved by agency). If space is not available on the first floor, then Taxpayer Assistance Center (TAC), 1,781USF, must be located near an elevator lobby, where the entry is plainly visible to visitors. Common restrooms must be available for visitors outside proposed space. Non-contiguous space must be provided with a secure pathway (route) for connectivity between IRS spaces. If space is on more than one floor, adjacent floors are preferred. Security Level FSL 2 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
