- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA460824QS021 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC �2024-05) as of 22 May 2024. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number is 561622. The small business size standard is $25.0M. DESCRIPTION/PURPOSE: The purpose of this requirement is for the purchase and installation of fifteen (15) band name Paxton Access Control System on the behalf 2 SFS located on Barksdale AFB, LA. 0001 � Install fifteen (15) turn-key Paxton Access Control System throughout Bldg. 6000 IAW Attachment 1 - Paxton Access Control SOW. IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES: A site visit will be held at 10:00 AM CST on Wednesday, 9 July 2024. Interested parties must RSVP no later than 2:00PM CST, 8 July 2024. (If no RSVP is received by this deadline, the site visit will be canceled) All interested parties must meet at the Barksdale Visitor Center at 9:30AM CST, 9 July 2024. Questions will be due no later than 12:00 PM CST on Thursday, 11 July 2024. Answers will be posted no later than 3:00 PM CST on Monday, 15 July 2024. Quotes must be valid for 120 days from time of submission. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM CST on Friday, 19 July 2024.
