- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific, Bldg 339 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for one (1) Medical Cart and Utensil Washer for the Sterile Processing Department at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii. The solicitation number for this request for quotation (RFQ) is W81K024Q0051. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6515, size standard is 800 employees and the NAICS code of 339113.� This procurement is unrestricted. A site visit will be held on 6 August 2024 at 8:00 AM HST.� Due to limited personnel at the MTF to sign people in, we request only key personnel participate in the site visit.� Request potential offerors drive their own vehicle and only one (1) per company.� Please RSVP to MAJ Brenda Fernandez at Brenda.m.fernandez2.mil@health.mil no later than 30 July 2024 at 3:00 PM HST; provide the individuals name, company name, title, and contact information.� MAJ Fernandez will provide the individual with the specific documents they will need to bring with them and location of the gate. The Government intends to award a Firm fixed price contract for a delivery date of 30 September 2024 to the successful quoter.
