- Solicitation due date has been extended to July 24th. This will be a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. (I)� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and issued pursuant of FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II)� Solicitation HT9408-24-Q-0050 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (III)� This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commerical items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. (IV)� This acquisiton will be a Total Small Business Set Aside. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing; Product/Service Code is 6835, Medical Gases; Small Business size is 1,200 employees. See attached combined synopsis solicitation and attachments. To be considered, the complete quote must be received not later than 4:00PM CST on July 18, 2024, via email at joe.d.wells3.civ@health.mil and abby.e.allen2.civ@health.mil. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than July 5, 2024 at noon CST via email to Joe Wells at joe.d.wells3.civ@health.mil and Abby Allen at abby.e.allen2.civ@health.mil.
