- This is NOT a solicitation or request for quote (RFQ). This is NOT a request for proposal (RFP). This is NOT a job advertisement for hiring employees. The VA is seeking QUALIFIED VENDORS to provide a very brief response to this notice including only just what is asked for in this notice below. This is sources sought notice to industry and the only information is posted on Contract Opportunities web page at SAM.gov. Sources sought means seeking qualified vendors. The attachments included on the Contract Opportunities page do not include any additional information. Statement of Work (SOW) Office of Integrated Veteran Care 3773 Cherry Creek North Drive Denver, CO 80209 Project Title: Commercial Waste Dumpster Rental for the Office of Integrated Veteran Care (IVC) (Non-Medical Waste) PART 1-GENERAL SCOPE: This is for commercial waste dumpster rental and disposal services. Our office will require the rental of a 30 yard or similar size dumpster. LOCATION: 1.2.1 3773 Cherry Creek North Drive, Denver, CO 80209 1.3 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 08/01/2024-11/30/2024 PART 2-REQUIREMENTS/SCOPE 2.1 Mandatory Tasks: The contractor must be able to provide containers designed and dedicated solely for the collection of commercial waste. The contractor must describe the containers proposed. IVC requires a large rolling commercial dumpster at least 30 yards in size with services to pick up and dispose of contents at least once a week, with the option to request more frequent pick-ups as needed at 3773 Cherry Creek North Dr. Denver, Colorado 80209.The dumpster will be placed at the loading dock. This is anticipated to be a commercial service acquisition under the authority of FAR Part 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. IMPORTANT NOTE: This RFI (Request for Information) is for information only. No award will be made from this RFI. QUALIFIED VENDOR: A qualified source has the a) necessary equipment, vehicles, personnel, resources and current operations as well as b) recent experience (within past 2 years) of performing services of a comparable size, scope and complexity, AND c) trained technicians to perform services. A qualified source also has current and valid registration in System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov).
