- SOURCES SOUGHT:� THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.� SEEKING INTERESTED SOURCES FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY!� This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.� All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed 611710.� The size standard for NAICS is $24 Million. The requirement is to provide:� SAT� scores and records of perspective students for USAFA. Salient Characteristics:� 100,000 student records Collecting data by filtering by specify test scores needed within each SAT� section and to only include students whose test scores fall within the competitive range necessary for admittance consideration to the Academy. Additional data filtering includes demographics, Grade Point average (GPA), gender/sex, ethnicity, and location. Include in response to this notice Name of Company, Address, Point of Contact information, UEI Code, Cage Code, and System for Award Management expiration date. The purpose of buying the student records is to expand recruitment efforts to high achieving students across the US, identify underrepresented students, and meet territorial distribution and applicant pool goals. The data will help USAFA remain competitive and increase the number of undergraduate applicants. This data will be used to recruit and conduct outreach for USAFA Admissions, the marketing team must build brand awareness among the nation's most high-performing and diverse high school students around the world. Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for the requirement.� The government requests interested parties to submit a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, or small business) anticipated teaming arrangements, and a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers. Capabilities Package: All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates company capabilities-indicating examples of commercial sales-and product specifications related to this effort.� Respondents are further requested to indicate whether or not their status is a Foreign-owned/foreign-controlled firm. The Government will use this information in determining its small business set-aside decision. Telephone responses will not be accepted.
