NOTICE OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE-SOURCE: The FederalAviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC),intends to award a single-source contract to CROSSTEK SOLUTIONS LLC (UEI: C93PBZX5EN34; CAGE: 6LEW7) for the purchase of Passive Seismic Monitoring Equipment�in association with Market Survey/RFI - FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, OKC - PASSIVE SEISMIC MONITORING EQUIPMENT Purpose of Announcement: In accordance with the FAA AcquisitionManagement System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement isto inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selectedsource via single-source procedures. This announcement is for informational purposes only, not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. A competitive solicitation is not available forthis procurement.
