General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Los Angeles Delineated Area: North: CA-110 (Harbor Freeway) to US-101 (Hollywood Freeway) to N. Alameda Street. East: N. Alameda Street to 1st Street to S. Santa Fe Avenue to E. 4th Street. South: E. 4th Street to Main Street to 5th Street. West: 5th Street to CA-110 (Harbor Freeway) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 57,558 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 60,435 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 9 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 9 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 9 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: Two options: 5 years, 4 years firm each Additional Requirements: Shall not have column spacing less than 20 feet center to center, or to other fixed structures. Space shall be contiguous, defined as floors that are vertically stacked, accessible by the same elevator bank, and vertically connected with stairwells. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain).
