- Department of Veterans Affairs RLP Procurement Summary Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Melbourne Delineated Area: North: Ellis Road/W Nasa Blvd South: Palm Bay Road NE East: S Harbor City Blvd West: St Johns Heritage Pkwy Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,740 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,989 Space Type: Medical Parking Spaces (Total): 20 with includes 8 ADA Parking Spaces (Surface): 20 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 20 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: *Contiguous space without being split by a public corridor *Located on 1st floor� Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
