- The Medical Readiness Contracting Office � Pacific in support of MEDCOM, intends to make a sole source award to TSE Systems, Inc. for a firm fixed-price contract for the IntelliCage Behavior Bundle System at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii.� The NAICS code for the procurement is 334516. The statutory authority permitting this award without providing full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) which authorizes the government to award contracts when there is only one responsible source and no other suppliers will satisfy agency requirements.� This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirements under FAR 5.201 and 5.203. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
