- Medical readiness Contracting Office -East, Womack Army Medical Cente, FT Liberty NC intends to sole source a requirement to CS Medical, LLC for a TEE Clean System TCD-100S8 Unit with accessories to include printer, neutralizing station, electrical leak tester, and mounting brackets.�Full web based in-service training is included with a fifty-user license. CS Medical LLC is the sole manufacturer and�distributor of the TEEClean Automated Cleaner Disinfector for TEE Probes, its filters, and components. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing). The business size standard is 1000 employees.
