The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03 (effective 02/23/2024). This competitive solicitation is being issued as a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335210, with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. Contractor is required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Small Business Administration (SBA).
