Specific services required will be identified in contract issued by the Contracting Officer. A draft PWS is attached. The design will not be attached, for security purposes, but will be provided to the awarded vendor. An acquisition strategy has not been finalized. The Contractor will perform all requirements in accordance with the projects Statement of Work. The successful contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and services in support of the efforts. Interested parties who possess the capability of providing the services described in the draft SOW posted are invited to submit capability documents with sufficient information that clearly demonstrates their ability to provide the services described in the draft SOW, including personnel, experience and qualifications.
