- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Strategic Acquisition Center � Frederick (SAC-F), intend to issue a commercial service contract to the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C.� 253(c)(5) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302- 5 entitled, �Authorized or required by statute�. The applicable statute is Public Law 109- 461: �Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006� specifically, the �Veterans First Contracting Program� outlined in 38 USC � 8127(c) on a sole source basis to Agile Vector, LLC. This procurement is to be performed for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Business Integration and Outcome Services (BIOS). The Contractor shall provide OCEB2 OMG Certified Expert in BPM � BPM 2 Fundamental Exam Preparation Training for 20 BIOS�s Business Relationship Managers the necessary knowledge, skills and capabilities to meet and expand our mission requirements.� The proposed action will be a Commercial Firm Fixed-Price Supply type contract.� The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611430 with a Small Business size standard in number of employees is 1,500. This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing Contract Specialist Raelynn White at Raelynn.White@va.gov no later than 12:00 a.m. EST on July 29, 2024. �A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. If potential offerors choose to submit information, past performance, and references regarding capability to perform these services must be provided along with the statement of capability. The Government will not award a contract based on the information received, nor reimburse participants for information they provide. Information provided is strictly voluntary. The Government reserves the right not to compete the proposed purchase order based on responses received to this notice. These services may be awarded without further notice.
