- This sources sought notice is for market research and acquisition planning purposes only. No formal solicitation for this work exists at this time. All interested and qualified concerns are encouraged to submit capability statements for consideration. Capability statements received will be reviewed to determine the technical, administrative and management capability of such offerors to provide these items. The capability statements will be used to assist in determining appropriate procurement strategy, in particular whether a set-aside is warranted or an alternate procurement strategy is warranted. The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Missouri Basin Regional Office in Billings, Montana has a requirement to acquire spare parts for a GE 86400 JungleMUX SONET Multiplex Equipment. The required spare parts are: � B86432-41 OC-3 JMUX Unit, NO SFP Transceivers � 86432/AA 155Mb/s Transceiver, 1310nm IR-1 20dB (20km), SMF � 035-86430-75 SPE Port Cable � B86434-11 CS Service Unit � 86434-92 Service Unit/IPSU/CSSU PADDLEBOARD � B86431-43 130VDC/115VAC PSU (30W) � 86431-83 115VAC PSU PADDLEBOARD (30W) These parts are required as emergency replacements for existing equipment at our Eastern Colorado Area Office. These parts must be 100% compatible with the existing GE JungleMux systems at both sites, and must be 100% compatible with the existing GE 86400 JungleMUX communication infrastructure that currently exists for multiple other sites on the Eastern Colorado Area OC-3 fiber ring. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 517410 �Satellite telecommunications�; and the small business size standard is $44.0; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 7G22. Capability statements should include the following information: 1. Firm�s name, address, telephone number, business size and type (8(a), HUB Zone, Service Disabled Veteran, Small Business, Large Business, etc.), and point of contact to include e-mail address and telephone number. 2. UEI or Cage Code Capability statements are to be submitted no later than August 12, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. PDT.
