Description

Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Installations East, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Data Security, Inc. 300 S. 7th St, Lincoln NE 68508-204, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.� Requirement is for the purchase of one SSDM-2MM Solid State Media Disintegrator part number 972-0001 and spare parts manufactured by Data Security, Inc. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.� Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 12:00 PM EDST, 28 July 2024.
