This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for�commercial products�or�commercial services�prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart�12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written�solicitation�will not be issued Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov. 2. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 and DFARS Change Notice 2024-0530. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This solicitation is being issues as a(n): Request For Quotation (RFQ) 4. This acquisition is for: Sole Source to American Ceramic Technology, Inc. (Silflex) 5. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS): 326199 All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing 6. The size standard is: 750 Employees REQUIREMENT INFORMATION: The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the following: Required Delivery Date/Period of Performance: 6-8 weeks ARO Place of Performance: Kittery, ME. METHOD OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Offers shall be emailed. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
