- Amendment 01 - Adds information from the site visit held on July 16, 2024.� Please note:� Two links have also been included that contain the CAD Drawings. Attachment 1 Construction Specs and Material has been revised and will state Revised. Attachment 5 - 10 have been added to the solicitation. The USDA Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Operations Branch, Acquisition Division is preparing to issue a solicitation on behalf of USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) for wetland restoration of Prince's Point that is located near Palmyra in Jefferson County, Wisconsin.� The wetland restoration of 1,750 acres will include the following measures: - Four wetland management basins defined by existing and constructed dikes. - Shallow scrapes and islands for habitat and wave protection. - Water control structures (sheet piling, pipes, gates, pump stations) for water level management. - Access road and bridge improvements for operation and maintenance of the wetland management basins.
