- Solicitation N0042124Q0350 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. �The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with Synergis Technologies, LLC, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. � �Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov/sam/) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. � See Attached RFQ Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
