- The contractor shall provide and maintain an Informed Consent Web Solution capable of documenting signature informed consent for treatments and procedures, advance directives, and other VA Forms, for all clinical specialties at all of VHA s 150 medical facilities located in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Philippines. The contractor shall provide Operations and Maintenance support for the proposed Informed Consent Web solution. The contractor shall provide computer-based training for the proposed Informed Consent Web solution for both user and administrative user roles.
