- Sources Sought Notice Dock-Side USCGC BERTHOLF FY25 DS1 The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center � Contracting & Procurement Division (SFLC-CPD) Branch #2 Long Range Enforcer (LRE) section is conducting market research in order to identify firms who possess the capabilities to satisfy the USCG�s requirement. The requirement is for the United States Coast Guard (USCGC) BERTHOLF (WMSL 750) Dockside repairs during fiscal year (FY) 25 fiscal quarter (FQ)1. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, facilities and such other things as necessary, except as otherwise specified, to perform dockside, repairs and alterations to the USCGC BERTHOLF in accordance with the solicitation, schedule and specifications. The Period of Performance for this requirement is 09 February 2025 through 09 April 2025.� The Place of Performance is the USCGC BERTHOLF�s homeport located in Alameda, CA. NAICS Code 336611 � Ship Build and Repairing SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION: Interested parties having the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this Sources Sought Notice including commercial market information and company information. Past Performance Information: Evidence of experience in work similar in type, size, scope and complexity to include contract numbers, project titles, and dollar amounts, points of contact and telephone numbers. If two companies are planning to conduct business and submit an offer as a Joint Venture or similar type of teaming agreement, they are requested to provide past performance information on projects of similar scope that they have performed together as a Joint Venture, if available. Providing individual past performance documentation from each company on separate projects where the two did not work together may be considered less relevant.
