Description: The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Doble Engineering, 123 Felton St. Marlborough, MA 01752 USA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplier or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Doble test equipment is required to meet NERC standard PRC-005, as well as all SAD maintenance standards regarding generation equipment testing. �Equipment that is to be leased includes M4100 Insulation Analyzer, M4110 Leakage Reactance Interface, M4300 Transport Cart (used to move the M4100), and MFL Liquid Test Cell and Carrying Case.� See attached
