- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W15QKN-24-R-5063 is issued as a Request for Proposal for Custodial Services in Orangeburg, NY (NY050) in support of the 99th Readiness Division. Please see below link to access the attachments for additional information on how to propose. Amendment 0001 Narrative: 1. Extend the question submission deadline from 10 July 2024 at 10:00 AM Eastern to 15 July 2024 at 10:00 AM Eastern.2. Extend the proposal submission deadline from 19 July 2024 at 5:00 PM Eastern to 25 July 2024 at 8:00 AM Eastern.3. Incorporate the revised Attachment 0002 Custodial Service Map NY050; the AFVMS and USARC Bldg. #212 buildings have been clearly identified.4. Incorporate the revised Attachment 0004 General information and Section B (CLINs); restrictions have been removed; yellow filled cells can now be edited. 5. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0002 Narrative: Due to an error in the system Amendment 0002 does not exist. Amendment 0003 Narrative: The solicitation closing date is extended. Responses to questions received are provided in Attachment 0005. Two new pre-scheduled site visit dates have been incorporated into the combined synopsis solicitation.
