- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both SAM.gov and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N0018924QR089. It is the responsibility of the vendor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/far and https://www.acquisition.gov/dfars. The NAICS code is 333241 and the Small Business Standard is 500 in number of employees. The requirement is Other than full and open with a brand name requirement with Hobart for the Mixers. Center for Service Support (CSS) provides Sailors in the Naval Administration, Command Support Program Management, Logistics, Maintenance Coordination, Media, and Security Management communities the necessary professional skills, knowledge, and education to support the fleet�s warfighting mission. CSS also develops and delivers General Skills training (GST) that builds personal and professional growth and development. CSS is part of the Navy Total Force Enterprise and reports directly to Naval Education and Training Command but maintains stakeholder relationships across all the Navy Enterprises. Navy Service Support Advanced Training Command (NSSATC) Norfolk Virginia teaches the Culinary School Galley Watch Captain Course currently located in Building IAA. Currently there is multiple pieces of equipment that are broken beyond repair and these items are needed for multiple parts of the Galley Watch Captain Course. This equipment must meet shipboard standards for equipment requirements to match the course control document. CSS requires a non-personal services contract to purchase various Galley Equipment for the Gally Watch Deliver the Equipment to Galley Watch Captain Course and remove broken equipment and dispose accordingly. Items that are required to be delivered and set up are as follows: Brand Name: Hobart Model HL300 30 Quart Mixer with Heavy Duty guard and stand (QTY 1) Brand Name: Hobart Model HL120 12 Quart All-purpose Tabletop Mixer (QTY 2) 54 Inch Solid Double Door Reach in Freezer Stainless Steel Exterior/Aluminum Interior With 304 Stainless Steel Floor (QTY 1) Full Size Insulated Heated Holding/Proofing Cabinet with Clear Door (QTY 1) Five Pan Open Well Electric Steam Table with Angled Sneeze Guard and Casters (QTY 1) Quotes must be submitted via email to Jason.k.parker4.civ@us.navy.mil by July 26, 2024, at 1100 a.m. EST If there are any questions, please contact Mr. Jason parker who can be reached at email Jason.k.parker4.civ@us.navy.mil.
