Description
DeCA envisions a future where the agency has real-time access to accurate, relevant, reliable, and useful data to enable data-driven timely decisions to maximize the value of the commissary benefit to eligible patrons. DeCA�s ability to increase the value of the benefit is based on�significantly enhancing its ability to increase sales, reduce operational costs, and integrate key decision-making.�� Technology modernization success is defined as delivering a full deployment of EBS 2.0 no later than 30 September 2026 to serve as an ecosystem of fully integrated technologies that provide improved performance, increased flexibility, enhanced employee / customer experience, and is capable of continuous, rapid, �near� real-time, cost-effective improvements.
