Description

The U.S. Embassy Astana, Kazakhstan requires Language Instruction Services.The Contractor shall provide 6840 (six thousand eight hundred and forty) of class(es) for the U.S.�Embassy, Astana Kazakhstan. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with 2 one-year options. During this contract period, the Government shall place orders totaling a minimum of 1900 (one thousand nine hundred) hours of classes.� This reflects the contract minimum for this period of performance.� The amount of all orders shall not exceed 6840 (six thousand eight hundred and forty) hours of classes This reflects the contract maximum for this period of performance.�The purpose of this firm fixed price contract is to for the English, Russian and Kazakh Language Instructions. The U.S. Embassy in Astana, Kazakhstan intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.� We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due by August 30, 2024 at 3pm of local Astana time (+5GMT). No quotations will be accepted after this time.
