NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), AC13000, Radar and Antenna Systems Engineering Division, Radar and Computational Electromagnetics Modeling (RACEMM) Laboratory has a requirement for a dedicated Linux Cluster for classified computational modeling up to the Secret level with 5-year onsite maintenance, to support detailed Modeling and Simulation (M&S) services for antennas and Radio Frequency (RF) Systems onboard Naval platforms. RACEMM performs specialized computational electromagnetics (CEM) modeling, with many systems onboard platforms requiring M&S to be performed at the Secret level. The contract type is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).� The procedures of FAR Part 12 and 13.5 will be utilized for this commercial acquisition. Please see attached draft Statement of Work (SOW), for specific requirement details and quantities. Capability Statements will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided nor return any information provided.
