You are invited to submit comments/feedback in response to this Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI) concerning an upcoming solicitation for three InBody 770 Body Composition Scanners to the Iowa National Guard, Camp Dodge Joint Maneuver Training Center, USPFO-P&C, Bldg. 3475, 7105 NW 70th Avenue, Johnston, IA 50131-1824. � We are not requesting quotes at this time, only developing a list of contractors who can provide the required body composition scanner. All salient characteristics (specifications) for the proposed body composition scanner shall meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the product descriptions below. Please provide comments/feedback, to include the following: 1. Can your business provide a quote for the body composition scanner? 2. How much time is needed to prepare a quote after the RFQ is published? 3. Any additional information that would be helpful to prepare a quote? Note: �� A justification for Limiting Competition �Brand Name� will be provided with the Request for Quote. ����������� Contractor shall be responsible to provide IUID labels per DFARS 252-211-7003. Salient Characteristics (Specifications): Shall have 30 impedance measurements, with six different frequencies to measure the five segments (Right Arm, Left Arm, Trunk, Right Leg, Left Leg) of the body. Frequencies used: 1kH, 5kHz, 50kHz, 250kHz, 500kHz, 1000kHz. Shall have 15 impedance measurements by using three different frequencies (5kHz, 50kHz, 250kHz) at each of five segments (right arm, left arm, trunk, right leg, and left leg). Shall provide over 50 parameters relevant and specific to body composition. Shall have �whole body phase angle� and �segmental phase angle� as this is an indicator of membrane integrity and water distribution between the intra and extracellular cells. � Shall have Tetrapolar 8-Point Tactile Electrode. Testing Weight Range: Minimum of 22 lbs. up to a maximum of 600 lbs. Testing Age Range: Minimum of 3 years old up to a maximum of 99 years old. Testing Height Range: Minimum of 3ft 0in up to a maximum of 7ft 3in. ������ LCD Monitor. Shall include Self Mode and Professional Mode for Test Modes. Dimensions: Minimum of 20 inches wide, 30 inches long, 46 inches high. Product Weight: Minimum of 82 Lbs. Package shall include InBody 770 Body Composition Scanner with power cord. Printer with power cord, and USB 2.0 cable. Printer Specifications: Make & Model: Brother HL-L2370DW Electrophotographic Laser Printer Power 110 to 120 V AC See attachment for complete details.
