Description

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS!� The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for the replacement of 342 boiler tubes, provide R-Stamp certification, and certify operation of boiler as per American Boiler Manufacturer Associations (ABMA) for two Cleaver Brooks Boilers.� This is a Sole Source with Thermal Tech Inc. in accordance with (IAW) FAR13.106-1(b)(1).� As required IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15) Thermal Tech Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government�s requirement per market research.� These specifications are a unique requirement to support the Space Force Delta 45 launch mission.� The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exist at this time.� This service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220. As required IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.� The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis.� 45 CONS/PKB has determined that Thermal Tech, Inc. is the only source capable of providing this requirement.� Phone calls will not be accepted. � � Attachment: Sole Source Justification �
