- This notice is intended to advise you the United States Probation & Pretrial Services for the District of Alaska is currently soliciting for outpatient substance abuse treatment vendors to provide services in this catchment area of the state. In general, these services include psychosexual evaluation and reporting; individual and group sex offender treatment /counseling; and specialized individual and group treatment for pretrial defendants charged with a sex offense.
