Ft. (ABOA): 6,449 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,549 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 19 Parking Spaces (Surface): 19 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: ? The space will be occupied by a law� enforcement agency.� ? Space for roof mounted antenna.� ? Zoned HVAC system required.� ? Space shall not be located adjacent to, in� close proximity to and/or within residential� areas, educational facilities, religious� facilities, and/or retail facilities.� ? Site shall be accessed via two separate� entrance points � a main entry for the� public and secondary entrance for� employees and delivery vehicles.� ? No basement floor space; upper floors with� freight elevator access� ? Visitor parking open and available at the� main entry.� ? Exterior sallyport. � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,� seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
