The work will include replacing toilets, urinals, restroom signs, baby changing stations, restroom stall partitions, mirrors, sanitary boxes, and windows. It will also include cleaning and painting/staining interior and exterior walls and doors, re-sealing floors, replacement of roof shingles, and replacement of internal utility wall framing and paneling. Scope of work also includes rental toilet facilities for the duration of the construction and waste recycling of any demolition. Per FAR 36.204 the project range is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a corresponding size standard of $19.0 Million in annual gross receipts for the past three years.
