Amendment 03:�The purpose of this amendment is to provide Contractors with an updated site visit time change.� There will be another site visit for B847 at Columbus AFB offered on Wednesday, 31 July 2024 at 9:00 AM CST.�In order to attend the site visit, your team must contact the POC to inform them of your intent to attend NLT 10:00 AM CST on Friday, 26 July 2024. If you do not contact the POC by 10:00 AM CST on Friday, 26 July 2024, you will not be able to attend the site visit. All RFIs must be submitted NLT 12:00 PM CST on Friday, 02 August 2024. Proposals are now due on Thursday, 08 August, 2024 at 4:45 PM CST.� Amendment 02:�The purpose of this amendment is to provide Contractors with an updated Solicitation and SOW (see attachment titled B847 Design Build SOW -- Revised 22 Jul 24). Changes from the original SOW dated 16 April 2024 are listed in red. The project will now include replacing the Main Distribution Panel (MDP).� The B847 Record Drawings has been removed. Please reference the attachment titled (CUI) B847 As-Builts Combined, which includes both As-Builts and Record Drawings. There will be another site visit for B847 at Columbus AFB offered on Wednesday, 31 July 2024 at 1:00 PM CST.�In order to attend the site visit, your team must contact the POC to inform them of your intent to attend NLT 10:00 AM CST on Friday, 26 July 2024. If you do not contact the POC by 10:00 AM CST on Friday, 26 July 2024, you will not be able to attend the site visit. All RFIs must be submitted NLT 12:00 PM CST on Friday, 02 August 2024. Proposals are now due on Thursday, 08 August, 2024 at 4:45 PM CST. IAW FAR 36.204(f) - The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contractors/Offers must complete CUI Training Slides then sign and return the ""MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations"" to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation. Send singed MFR to the POC and accesses to the locked documents in SAM.gov will be granted. Amendment 01: The purpose of this amendment is to provide Contractors with the answers to the RFI questions that were submitted (see attachment titled RFI_01 Answers FA302224R0006).�An attachment titled B847 Electricity Consumption was also added in response to RFI Question #6.� This requirement is to replace, modify, and upgrade mechanical and electrical equipment in B847. The intent of this project is to replace all mechanical and plumbing equipment in the mechanical room/yard, and its associated electrical components, except for the boiler and water heater. Perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, and all related AF requirements and other codes and references. The Government is offering a site visit opportunity on Tuesday, 09 July 2024 at 1:00 PM CST. The site visit is Highly Encouraged but not mandatory. In order to attend the site visit, your team must contact the POC to inform them of your intent to attend NLT 10:00 AM CST on Tuesday, 02 July 2024. If you do not contact the POC by 10:00 AM CST on Tuesday, 02 July 2024, you will not be able to attend the site visit. All RFIs must be submitted NLT 12:00 PM CST on Thursday, 11 July 2024. IAW FAR 36.204(f) - The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000.
