FBO Presolicitation Notice (Synopsis) Solicitation #: SPE4A6-24-Q-1560 Classification Code:� 1660 - AIRCRAFT AIR CONDITIONING, HEATING, AND PRESSURIZING EQUIPMENT NAICS Code:� 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing Solicitation SPE4A6-24-Q-1560, NSN 1660-01-499-6703, REGULATOR,OXYGEN,DE may result in an large tactical procurement. This is for a fully competitive item.� Specific requirements for this solicitation will include Inspection/Acceptance Origin, FOB Origin. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI) and Life Support item. Technical requirements for this procurement include export control EJCP, Higher Level Quality, and NIST requirements. All offers that qualify under the terms of the set-aside will be considered.� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or around August 7, 2024.
