- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Navigation Response Branch (NRB) requires the procurement of one replacement boat trailer for hydrographic survey and emergency response work. Please review all attachments in their entirety and respond via email per the RFQ package and instructions (including electronic pricing format). Responses are due NLT 8/5/24, 11AM EST.�Questions are due by 7/29/24.
