- 7/23/24 - Amendment A00001 is amended to add the drawing of the facility layout. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Operational Logistics Command, Regional West (LOG-94) intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 and Policies in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Items. The intended purchase of supplies shall be in accordance with the attached Scope of Work. (A) The solicitation number is 70Z08424QDL940021 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (B)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. (C) This acquisition is issued as Total Small Business Set-Aside and Firm Fixed Price. The associated NAICS code is 561621. (D) Description/Statement of Work/Specification: See attached for Scope of Work (SOW).� (E) FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial (JAN 2017), is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. Fill out and return the attachment, Schedule Pricing which will be used for evaluation. (F) FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (OCT 2014): The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Factor 1: Technical Capability The Government will evaluate the extent to which offerors' understand and are able to perform the requirement in the Statement of Work Factor 2: Best Value The Government will evaluate offerors' proposal for price reasonableness and contract requirements. (G) Date, time, and place offers are due. Offers are due by 31 July 2024, 0700 AM Pacific Time. (H) Any and all questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted no later than 22 July 2024, 0800 AM Pacific. (I) Site Visit is scheduled on 18 July 2024 at 10:00 AM PST � Send email to Jessica.p.adkisson@uscg.mil for site visit location. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or ""gray market"" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
