- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE (SYNOPSIS) The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located in/at 6 RD 7586, Bloomfield, NM 87413 has an upcoming Brand Name or Equal requirement for a Philips TC70 PageWriter electrocardiogram (ECG) machine with a full, one-year warranty.� The anticipated delivery date is 60 days from the date of award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 334510 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.� The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00130 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 7/25/2024.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government�s requirements: A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This shall include product literature, feasibility/conceptual designs or drawings, and other documentation that demonstrate how the product offered meets � at a minimum � Attachment A (Specifications), delivery schedule (include a comprehensive manufacturing, delivery, and installation schedule that meets or exceeds the anticipated 60-day delivery schedule; include milestones and dates.), and price.� Quotes will be due on or by 7/30/2024 at 10:00AM (MDT).� The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have � and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) � an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
