- SOURCES SOUGHT:� THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION BUT INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY!� This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.� All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA700024QRECORDS and shall be used to reference any written responses to this source sought. The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) is conducting market research to determine business size and competition.� The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed 611710.� The size standard for NAICS is $24 Million. The requirement is to provide:� ACT� student prospect records. Salient Characteristics:� 40,000 student records. The ACT� student records must provide contact information to include, but not limited to: name, mailing address, and email address. Data filtering must allow searches by demographics, test scores, geography, academic interests, and more. Predictive model to strategize the kind of names to purchase in the future. Declared inquiries showing who has expressed interest in attending USAFA. Include in your capabilities package your UEI, Cage Code, System for Award Management expiration date, and any related specifications/drawings. The purpose of buying the student records is to expand recruitment efforts to high achieving students across the US, identify underrepresented students, and meet territorial distribution and applicant pool goals. The data will help USAFA remain competitive and increase the number of undergraduate applicants. This data will be used to recruit and conduct outreach for USAFA Admissions, the marketing team must build brand awareness among the nation's most high-performing and diverse high school students around the world. Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for the requirement.� The government requests interested parties submit a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, or small business) anticipated teaming arrangements, and a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers. Capabilities Package: All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates company capabilities-indicating examples of commercial sales-and product specifications related to this effort.� Respondents are further requested to indicate their status as a Foreign-owned/foreign-controlled firm and any contemplated use of foreign national employees on this effort. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners.� Please note:� To be considered for contract selections with the Federal Government all offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database with an active registration at the time of offer submission.� The website for registration is www.sam.gov.
