Description
INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 12) Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to award a sole source contract to TOTAL WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS, Madison, WI, for Sterile Processing Services (SPS) Water Treatment System and the Dialysis Water Treatment System Preventative Maintenance Service, for the Milo C. Huempfner Green Bay VA CBOC, Green Bay, WI, in accordance with FAR 13. Services shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, provisions, and schedule of the contract and in compliance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Parts Warranty requirements. Services shall be for the period of 09/01/2024 through 08/31/2025, with four (4) pre-priced one (1)-year options for renewal. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the OEM requirements and are an authorized Ameriwater dealer, you must submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and services to the Contracting Officer by 10:00 AM (CST) Monday, July 29, 2024. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Contracting Officer will proceed with the sole source award to TOTAL WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS, Madison, WI. Capability statements shall be submitted by email only as a MS Word or Adobe PDF attachment to Laura.Broacha@va.gov. TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
