Description: In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 8.405-6(a) and 41 U.S.C. 152(3), Competitive Procedures, and 40 U.S.C. 501, Services for Executive Agencies, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) on behalf of the Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO) hereby issues this notice of intent to award a sole source procurement.
