- Amendment 3, attached, extends proposal due date to 8/12/2024 at 2:00 Pacific Time (disregard time here on SAM.gov as it could not change) The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Operations Construction Branch (AAQ-5A0) has a need to replace roofing and refurbish doors at three (3) locations in and around The San Francisco Bay Oakland International Airport (OAKA, OAKQ, OAKZ), Oakland, CA.� The estimated construction magnitude for these projects is between $450,000.00 and $600,000.00.� Se the attached Request for Offers (RFO) package for details. A one-time site visit is scheduled for Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time.� Site Visit attendees will meet with Mr Ira Farnoush at Oakland SSC Office, 1029 Grumman St., Oakland, CA.�� Please have valid picture identification ready for inspection upon arrival. Site visit attendees shall pre-announce their intent to inspect the site no later than noon Pacific time on Tuesday, July 16, 2024.� Prospective offerors shall email the names of all site visit attendees to Angela.Layman@faa.gov and Karen.V-CTR.Czerwiec@faa.gov. Requests for Information (RFIs) arising from the site visit shall be emailed to Karen.V-CTR.Czerwiec@faa.gov no later than noon on July 22, 2024.�� Responses to RFIs will be provided in writing via solicitation amendment only.�� No RFIs will be answered during the site visit. Offers are due no later than 4pm Pacific time on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.�� All offers shall be emailed to Angela.Layman@faa.gov and Karen.V-CTR.Czerwiec@faa.gov.
