- Description
- The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement to purchase 2 new utility vehicles for the American Embassy Brussels, Belgium. This is a�combined�synopsis/solicitation�for�commercial products�prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written�solicitation�will not be issued. The U.S. Embassy located in Brussels, Belgium intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for two utility vehicles. This solicitation is not a small business set-aside. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ). Full description, scope of work and additional documents can be found in the attachements. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price, technically acceptable. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussion, although we may hold discussion with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time. Only offerors able to prove that they have obtained authorization to operate and do business in the country will be considered per FAR Clause�652.242-73.
