Defense Health Agency (DHA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NEM-CD) Subject: Request for Quote PR#12106035 This is a request for quote announcement set aside for a small business only, issued by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) as part of its market research, on behalf of �Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), 8901 Wisconsin Avenue Building 54 Bethesda, MD 20889, in accordance with FAR Part 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and FAR 16.7, Agreements. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for commercial items / services for the procurement of medical gas, gas cylinders, and all associated items from vendor�s commercial catalog/pricelist as needed. � Currently, AIRGAS USA LLC, 6055 Rockside Woods Blvd N STE 500, Independence, OH, 44131-2337 is the products/item authorized distributor for the attached list (not all items inclusive). The estimated five-year total of this BPA is $250,000.00. The NAICS code is 333912, Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000.
