- This is a Solicitation for commercial item(s) prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented by additional information included in this notice.This solicitation will be issued for Diesel Fuel, 10 PPM Sulfur (SFD), NSN: �9140-01-556-9156, Total estimated quantity is for 1,050,000 U.S. Gallons, to be delivered to Mount Har Keren, Hwy 211, Exit 928 / 1039, Mount Har Karen 09343, Israel. The performance period for this requirement is November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2027. There is a six-month extension (option) which may or may not be activated (not reflected in the performance period). This is a full and open competitive solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. �Required documentation will include a certificate of analysis(COA) or certificate of quality (COQ), letters of commitment, material safety data sheet (MSDS) or Safety Data Sheet (SDS), Full registration� in SAM (www.sam.gov) and JCCS (www.jccs.gov) in order to be deemed eligible for award. The award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. In addition, DLA Energy may conduct pre-award surveys to determine responsibility regarding the offeror�s transportation, technical, production, and quality assurance capabilities. DLA Energy anticipates posting the solicitation on or around July 24, 2024 making offers due on or around August 14, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Fort Belvoir, Va time. The anticipated award date for this solicitation is October 1, 2024.
