Description

The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards AFB intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to NSI-MI Technologies Inc., 1125 Satelite Blvd Ste 100, Suwanee, GA 30024 for the acquisition of NSI-MI Ametek Repair (See attached Statement of Work). The NAICS Code is 811210 and the SBA Size Standards is $34,000,000.00. This is not a request for quotations.� Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government�s requirement.� In addition, the response should indicate the contractor�s size status in respect to NAICS Code 811210 and indicate completion of Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items provision FAR 52.212-3 which can be done electronically via SAM.GOV.� If the offeror does not have a copy of this provision, go to http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ �to get a copy or contact the contract specialist by email to receive a copy.�� Any responses received without 52.212-3 will be considered non-compliant.� Further, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e., Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR Part 12. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) 11:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time, July 30, 2024.� Responses should be submitted to:� Directorate of Contracting, AFTC/PZZG (Kimberly McGee and Denina Hudson), 5 South Wolfe Avenue, Building 2800, Edwards AFB, CA 93524-1185.� E-mail is preferred method � kimberly.mcgee@us.af.mil and denina.hudson@us.af.mil. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� However, the Government will consider all responses received within 1 day of the publication of this notice.� A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
