- Amendment 1 to RFQ, W9124V24R0006, is issued to answer questions and RFIs that were submitted in response to the RFQ.� The period for questions is now closed.� Below are the questions received in response to RFQ W9124V24R0006.� As a reminder, the closing date for this RFQ is 2 August 2024 at 10:00 MDT.� Quotes shall be emailed to michael.davies5.civ@army.mil� It is the offerors responsibility to ensure your quote has been received.� Question 1: Must room rates and meals comply with per diem rate for Butte, Montana? Answer:� No.� Room and meal rates for this requirement do not have to comply with per diem rates. Question 2:� The total rooms for the two nights are 100.� There are 30 rooms requested for Friday and 70 rooms for Saturday. Will all attendees check out on Sunday, or will some check out on Saturday? Answer:� All participants will check out on Sunday morning. Question 3:� Would it be permissible to arrange for lodging and event meetings to be held at two separate venues? Answer:� No, in accordance with PWS sections 1 and 2. Question 4:� Is it possible to consider the possibility of extending the event's place of performance to include other cities? Answer:� No, in accordance with PWS section 2. Question 5: Is an incumbent providing service on this contract or is this level of effort a new need? Answer:� This is a new level of effort. Question 6:� Do all�hotel room rates need to adhere to the per diem rate? Answer:� All hotel rooms paid for under this award do not adhere to the per diem rate.� Additional rooms referenced in section 9 of the PWS will be procured separately.� Question 7:� Is the potential vender/offeror required to attend the site/event planning visit? Answer:� No. (End Amendment 1) The Montana Army National Guard has a requirement for lodging, conference space and catered meals.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� W9124V-24-R-0006 is a solicitation issued as a request for proposals (RFP).� �The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns under NAICS Code 721110.�� Pricing for quotes shall be submitted on the attached form, detailing pricing for each of the five Contract Line Items (CLINs).� Your submission shall contain your name, contact information, UEI, CAGE Code, and Small Business type.
