SITE VISITS: 1. 7/23/24: PORTLAND VAMC, VANCOUVER CAMPUS, Bldg. 28 @1430PM PDT - see attached campus map 2. 7/24/24: WHITE CITY SORCC, Building 229 @ 1500PM PDT - see attached campus map The contractor will provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the above-named project at the VA Southern Oregon Rehab Center & Clinics, 8495 Crater Lake Hwy, White City, OR 97503, and Portland VA Medical Center Vancouver campus, 1601 E 4th Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98661. The project involves site prep, transportation, and installation to relocate a modular MRI and associated doublewide trailer from Vancouver, WA to White City, OR.
